Some discounts came with the season tickets. Is it cost effective? Are the spots out of the way? Will my car be there when I get back? Are the shuttles frequent?

Yes. Yes, but close to the airport for shuttle. Yes. Yes.

I used the Haynes Ave location before and after Parking Spot took over. You drop it off, they park it in a fenced secure lot. They shuttle you over to your terminal. Directly across the main entrance on Rt 1 South. When you land you call and in a few minutes the shuttle picks you up and brings you back and they pull your car up to the office. Big advantage over parking in Economy lot on airport is two fold. Shuttle service much quicker than PA bus. One time it snowed a bunch while I was away. If I was in P6 or P7 at EWR I would be digging myself out after the contract plows had come through. At the Haynes/Parking Spot they brought the car around free of snow.

The wait at Terminal C for the Haynes Van back to your Car is incredibly long.
Getting to your flight no problem, getting the Van back to the Parking Lot not so good.
And I use them often.

We use the McClellan location and it's been great. The shuttles seem to run continuously and we rarely wait more than 2-3 minutes.

Parking for you is an option. I've used the Haynes lot often and no issues with self park. Always there to pick up right up at your car to bring you to the terminal and run frequently through the terminals that never a long wait (unless your coming very late at night).

FYI if you already have an account, you can call and get them to switch you over to the card that came with the season tickets to get the discount that's included with it. I think 10% off, every 7th day free

Getting to airport was great. Pretty fast check in and van to airport.

Going home, usually a 10-15 minute wait for the van. I usually call once luggage comes out. Much better experience than P6 and P7.

Can usually find discounts as well.

If expensed I use the expensive lot. For personal, OK with the Spot.

We recently used them...great experience & highly recommend them. Quickly valeted our car & shuttled us right to terminal. Knew to ask which United Terminal (A for express flights or C). We get to terminal to check-in to find out our flight just got cancelled. Called them to pick us back up. Had our valeted car ready to hop in & go home. Went inside to go pay, figuring they provided the service at least for an hour, and they said "we do not charge when flights are cancelled". Then, they gave me a water bottle. Very professional.

On a side note, when we arrived on lot, we made sure they knew we were from Rutgers & that's why we used them. We thanked them for being an RU sponsor.

Go RU!

Just throwing this one out as well...ProPark (Parnewark) at 100 International Way. It is right next to the Parking Spot. Shuttles are plenty. Cheap. Usually groupons available. Pick your own spot. Keep your keys.

I have a card and will look into combining it with the Rutgers card. I use "The Spot" which is the least expensive, but all outdoor parking. Never had a problem. I just returned from a weekend trip to Seattle Sunday night (actually 1AM Monday morning) and it took just a few minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive in front of Terminal C.

Just make sure you get in to the correct bus returning to your car, as they have three different lots / bus's.

You got lucky on your wait time for the shuttle on your return
