OT:Is Boston College a factor in NJ recruitmg?

I don't see many of the top players considering BC. They don't seem to be a player in 2016 recruiting. Any top players considering them? I assume Syracuse is a non-factor as well.

Rutgers is competing with the big boys.... those schools will get the leftovers.
