This guy and his wife tuck tail and run at a few letters from, "The Watcher". Seriously, this says a lot about the character of this couple that a few letters can chase them away from a house. This family just screwed the pooch by publicizing this and now that house is "tainted" and he will have a hard time selling it for what he bought it for.
