One of our old recruits, didn't realize he was already a starter.

Taken from 247:

Ohio State sophomore wide receiver Noah Brown suffered a season-ending leg injury during Wednesday’s practice.

Here is the statement from OSU: "Ohio State University sophomore receiver Noah Brown suffered a left leg injury during practice today at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center. Brown, from Flanders, N.J., will have surgery tomorrow at the Ohio State University Medical Center. He will miss the 2015 season but is expected to make a complete recovery."

Brown was carted off the field and taken to OSU’s Wexner Medical Center at 6:37 p.m., per NBC4 in Columbus.

The 6-foot-2, 222-pound Brown was entrenched as a starter opposite Michael Thomas, per head coach Urban Meyer. He will likely redshirt this season and will have three years of eligibility remaining, beginning in 2016.

The Buckeyes will now be without four of their top wide receivers for the season-opener against Virginia Tech on Sept. 7: Brown, Jalin Marshall,Corey Smith and Dontre Wilson. The latter three will be serving a one-game suspension.

Sorry to hear this. I saw him play in the SJR - Pope John state final 2 years ago. He was by far the best player on their team. I was very impressed. Hopefully he makes a complete recovery because he was fast and physical.
