OT: paleo/gluten-free/dairy-free friendly restaurant in Monmouth County?

I am not a believer in the anti-inflammatory diet theories, but nevertheless someone close to me just started with this and I'm looking for restaurant recommendations!

Was just in a BBQ place in Red Bank called Local Smoke that had a bunch of GF offerings marked on their menu.

I make better stuff at home but it wasn't too bad all things considered.

They had a few locations in the area you're looking at.
