Anyone who's played the game has had a putt do that but to do it on 18 in a major with an all time record on the line is heartbreaking. Hell, Phil had the same thing happen to him when he had a chance to shoot a 59 in Phoenix. In the interview afterwards you could tell Phil was really devastated or at least as someone who shoots a 63 can be.
