OT: Tower Dogs. Any feedback?

So tomorrow Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company is having a food truck from a place called Tower Dogs based in Lawrenceville. Looks awesome. Anyone ever been there? They have a regular store and the food truck.
I love hot dogs. And two on their menu peaked my interest. The NJ dog with hot dog, pork roll, there famous sauce and French fries. The other one, the Royal, has a boatload of items including a fried egg.

Maybe not crazy, but not necessarily right, either. Won't jive with some, but it jives okay with me.

The only civilized way to eat a Hot Dog is: on a lightly toasted roll,with mustard and sour kraut. A little Hot Relish is allowed from time to time. NO ARGUMENTS. I AM RIGHT!
