OT:trouble posting from cell phone

Navigating Rivals message boards via mobile devices is a fickle proposition, especially after updates. Restart your phone, Zap. And try again. Most times the reboot strategy works. If not, "Log Out" of Rivals, then restart your device, and then "Log In" again.

Still can't post. If I go to an old post of mine and press on edit, a small black box in the upper right corner appears and I still get no alphabet to type from.
I've shut my phone down and logged out of the site, nothing works. My phone seems to be working perfectly other than I can't post

Zap, I can't post from my phone now, either, but for a different reason--I dropped my phone at the mall yesterday and it went blank and won't un-blank itself. Frickin thing died. So maybe I'll see you at the Verizon store on S. Park this morning since I'm walking over there in a few minutes. Might even stop in at Raymond's for some Eggs Benedict.

Try holding the home button and power on button at the same time for at least a full minute. Zap you should try same. This often resets a malfunctioning Apple device. Not sure if this will work on Android devices but worth a try.

Thanks--tried that yesterday as well as this morning, and nothing changed. I've got insurance on it, so at worst I'll be inconvenience another two days without a phone. Worse things have happened, but it's odd not being connected. Time to upgrade to the 6.

Yes if I dont turn my phone sidewise it does this...just awful...I had no problem before rivals did the upgrade on the site last year
