OT: Watching March Madness in London

I'm in London for work through the end of the month. I wanted to know a few things from anyone on the board who lives in or is familiar with London about how to watch NCAA tourney games:

1. Does the CBSSports streaming work over here?
2. Are there any bars in Central London that would play tourney games on TV?
