I'll be in Durham over the weekend. Is anyone else in the area and/or know of a place to watch the game. It doesn't really seem like a sports bar town

Plenty of places to watch the game.
Any of the carolina ale houses, Buffalo Wild Wings, Tyler's tap rooms, etc.
The link above is super close to Durham even though it is in Raleigh. I am always fond of the Tobacco Road campus in Durham that has the Bulls stadium and a few sports bars (one of which is above the left field fence) think blue monster.
In downtown Raleigh check out glenwood ave area for world of beer, carolina ale house, clouds brewing, yard house, or flying saucer.

I believe that Tyler's Tap Room. Also Tobacco Road Sports Cafe is nearby.
Correct the sports bar in the complex is Tyler's they have some new outdoor seating w TV in the river walk area. The Tobacco Road cafe is actually the sports bar in left field.
Te mellow mushroom will have the game on but that is a pizza joint. There is also the cubian restaurant there as well.
