Kind of lost in the shuffle since the season began and all the off-field BS is just how good this incoming 2016 Recruiting class is.
We have one of the top qb's in the nation (based on on-field and camp performances).
We have a group of killer blue-collar LB's. (If you haven't watched Solomon Manning's mid-season highlight reel please do and tell me how the kid isn't a 4-star).
We have some monsters on the OL coming in, all B1G-sized already.
We have a DT with a tremendous motor who imo is going to be an all-B1G caliber D-lineman in Jarrod Hewitt.
We've got two top-end 4-star caliber DB's in Patrice Rene and Phil Campbell. But let's not forget Damon Hayes who absolutely lit up the camp circuit and by all reports is a shut down corner.
We have another very good runningback coming in to add to the stable.
And then last but not least we have a very solid WR class headlined by Taysir Mack, Isaiah Wright and a much improved MO Jabbie. Jabbie will definitely need a redshirt year to pack on some muscle but the kid works his tail off with Sanu and is a great leader of this class.
I'd really like to see us add another DB and a couple more D-Linemen to finish up this class but if you think this class is mediocre or average you're sadly mistaken. This is a great incoming class.
