Couldn't watch game so in going to ask some questions regarding the box score and our passing defense. A lot of people say secondary looked shaky and I'm wondering if the 2 scoring drives are trumping the rest of the game.
Norfolk QB was 7/12 passing on the 2 scoring drives and threw 150 of his 200 yards. Looked like he gouged them for some big gains. Definitely concerning.
But on all the other drives there are a slew of 3 and outs the INT looked like a gift on a stupid play but he was only able to manage 50 more yards on 11 completions.
My question for those that watched is what was different during those drives? Did the secondary look better, did they just not execute, did we blitz? I'm actually very curious if anyone can give me insight on our defensive stops.
