Hopefully Ash is the answer. If he's not in 2021 we'll definitely find out the administrations goal for entering the B1G. I don't want to believe it, but we might just be in this thing to cash paychecks. Then we begin the revolving rolodex of coaching hires. Man I pray Ash is the answer.

Isn't Ash already getting more money than any other Rutgers coach? Like $2M per year. Whether or not Ash is the coach in 4 years don't expect anyone to get much more.

If that's the case then we're in this to cash paychecks. Sorry but paying the same for a coach as some AAC schools do while getting $50 mil more in 2021. Will only confirm they are in this to cash paychecks. Let's hope this is not the case and Ash gets it done. If not and the scenario plays out like you suggest we're in big trouble.

Maybe by the time we're getting our full B1G share in like 5 years or whatever it is that number will go to $3M but don't expect a lot unless we're in a NYD bowl game.

30-45 Years ago in my first years as a Season ticket holder I watched RU w Frank Burns play paycheck games against Alabama, Tenn and others. We actually beat Tenn and come thisclose to beating Alabama. Now ? I should have my head examined to keep buying.

Don't think they were paycheck games. Weren't they home and homes except not consecutive years ? Although we were Tenn 's HC game.
