Penn State Game Tickets

I know there have been other threads re RU seat locations at Penn St - but wondering if there are RU group locations being formed in better locations than typically provided for visitors by PSU in the upper corner of the stadium - whether to be purchased from PSU directly or StubHub like resellers. I would like to get to a good seat location for this type of trip but also be around RU fans if possible. Apologies in advance if this has been covered already.
