Well according to article on Campbell he says he care about academics. So of all the schools he has a scholarship with why is he even thinking about WVU?
I use world ranking as it based on school's merits and not endowments (money in the bank so to speak) They only rank the top 500 universities in the WORLD. below that go to a trade school
But here is how Campbell's schools break down As this site SUCKS for posting.
The number on the left is the world ranking and after top 100 they just lump them in ranges.
The number on the right is in order of schools that play Division 1 football (Plus the Ivy league) You get an Ivy offer you take it!

247 site has him at 100% with Rutgers and they are pretty accurate. They were right about the QB situation.
