[Rutgers Man 22]

Would love to have him as our OC. From Parsippany, went to Rowan, and was head coach at Orange HS, Parsippany Hills HS, and William Patterson from the mid 90s until early 00s. Also has been HC at LaSalle (not a big program at all but having any former college HC experience with a relatively new staff is key).

He lead the NCAA's most prolific offense this year as the OC of Sam Houston State. It's a variation of the Air Raid but it is very QB friendly. He is a disciple of Mike Leach and good friends with Kliff Kingsbury.

He is being heavily courted by Ole Miss right now, but maybe we can lure him back home. He would be a home run hire for sure.

He runs a Spread similar to Mike Leach with lots of 4 verticals. Not sure if this is what Ash is looking for in his Power Spread, but, guys that are bright can adapt.

Hate to burst bubbles but Ash doesn't want to run an "Air Raid". He wants a power run system that spreads out the defense. Much different. I do like the idea but it most likely won't happen here unless he would be willing to adapt to what Ash wants.

He already told the visiting recruits over the weekend that the new OC will run the same offense as Mehringer....Power Spread, same as OSU and Houston...and now Texas.

There's a lot of overlap, and the Right OC will be flexible and adaptable.
