After the game Jerry Recko interviewed Pike and he dropped 3 f bombs in 6 seconds in a very short post game interview, Said they did everything they coud to win , wasn't happy with the refs and just heartbreaking.

Disagree. Lots of reasons we lost. Non existent defense all game and a non existent offense in the second half to name two extremely very minor factors that mattered more. Rutgers fans live in excuse and denial mode
Should have lost it during the game! He needs to learn how to work the refs. It's telling when a 1st year B1G coach like Dusty has a better rapport with the refs and gets more calls when needed. The cameras caught Dusty conversing with the refs last night after one of the bad calls against Rutgers. You could see Dusty openly mocking Pike and joking with the refs.
Maybe he should have directed some of that vitriol at the refs. Maybe call a timeout to break the run and give the refs a piece of his mind. Protect his players. Be a coach.
Dusty seems like a real douche but he’s obviously a good coach. It helps to have Michigan on the front of the uniform.

Did you watch the game? It was caught on camera. Dusty was laughing and joking with the refs and pointed in the direction of Pike. Dusty was openly working the refs. Thats how its done in the big games.
And other fans live in a world where when they are against something they find everything negative to push that narrative. We get it from your other countless threads you want Pike gone. Last night the win was in hand minus a call that is made most of the time that is also fact.
Doesn't hurt. The front of the jersey absolutely influences calls, especially at home. But close to 10 years in the league should have earned Pike some gravitas.

Agree 100%. Too late in the season to show this kind of emotion. There was a time very early in the season where this emotion could have righted the ship.

Obviously you have never been on a sideline. It happens all the time. It's not malicious. It's working the refs. He was emphasizing how Pike was losing his cool. It's playing into the ego of the ref. Something as simple as laughing while saying to the ref "you know yo u got that one right Look at Pikes losing his shit."

Yep love them or hate them you know where they stand. And kids run through walls for them because they know the coach has their back. If Pike said this earlier it could have had a significant effect. It's one thing to say in the privacy of a locker room another to let the whole world hear it.

Don’t respect the man at all. Respect that he is not afraid to be a voice for his players. And doesn’t shy away from opportunity to protect and motivate his players. As I said love or hate you know where they stand.
News flash you can be majorly disappointed in a blown season but not shit on everything Pike in every thread. You can also be grounded in reality and realize he is back next year to try and turn it around. Who know if he does or doesn’t at this point but that is not some alternate reality world ironically it’s closer to the real world than what I am sure you want to see happen.
I am sure he is back next year. Unfortunately that's not because he deserves it, but rather because we have no president or AD to make any decisions and we owe him a lot of money. So we have to wait it out and deal with this mess until those issues settle. Doesn't make it right or feel any better. Pike is not it, but like you said, we are stuck with him. Also doesn't mean we can't acknowledge that and talk about it. This just isn't good enough

Pike should have been dropping F bombs when the portal closed and be didnt get a center. Or when Lathan allegedly told him not to get one he should have said “too f’ing bad get the f out of my office” etc. That’s when the game /season was lost. Not during the BS cylinder calls.

But to deny the impact officiating had on the 2nd half is silly. Refs clearly got the memo at half to protect the brand. Felt like I was watching a U Miami fb game
