Not a fan of him running an Iona kid off the team, especially when the kid was integral to the success of his team last season. Really don't believe that any Rutgers kid who left was given The Talk by Steve before leaving. But notwithstanding,St John's is now loaded and will be a national contender. Not a recruiting threat to Rutgers because Pitino will be almost exclusively a portal guy. Would like to see that old series continue in 2024,home and MSG. Would be great national buzz.
