Pitt Transfers- 3 Plus QB Voytik Possible

Safety Patrick Amara and outside linebacker Jamal Davis have decided to leave the program. Additionally, running back Chris James announced Saturday that he will also pursue a transfer.

QB Chad Voytik is discussing transfer. He's pro-style, but he rushed for 300-400 yards in 2014.

Pitt did not want to lose Amara. Davis has a ton of potential but doesn't seem to want to put the work in. I find it hard to understand his transfer. There is a starting job at his position open at Pitt next year. Voytik is a really good kid. He is smart and a good athlete. He struggles with accuracy a bit, but is a nice dual threat qb. He has always been a square peg coaches tried to put in a round hole. I wish him nothing but the best. Good luck with your new coaching staff.

Honestly, Voytik would be a good QB pickup for any team. Has major starter experience and has played well for stretches. Very athletic, and very, very tough. Not a world-beater, but could be a good plug-and-play guy.

I was surprised Voytik lost the job to Peterman. Voytik was very highly touted coming out of HS. Is this a system thing for him?

Thank's Pitt....as far as the ACC...I hope you guys dominate the conference...i don't care for much of the ACC but Pitt to me only is there by necessity and is still ''Eastern''...i don't much care about Cuse or BC but admire you guys and most of you' re fans...1 or 2 get carried away with arrogance but most aren't much different than us...real.

I don't know but I said it in another thread. For the most part, there posts have not been offensive. Many were probably not liked, but they weren't over the top. I wish more free boards allowed for this type of banter rather than banning anyone that some mouth breather can report.

Pitt fans are fine on here for the most part. The PSU fans who post here regularly are fine for the most part(not the case leading up to our games), same goes for OSU fans. Yet, we are all banned on BWI for nothing....

Actually, there is a LB who has already de-committed from Rutgers that is visiting a number of schools including Pitt. I was hoping to find information on him here.
As for your situation, Pitt fans feel some empathy for you. We have gone through a bunch of turnover in the past decade. We understand how it feels to have recruits bolt over coaching changes.

Cuses board is terrible with RU fans and quick to ban but UConn's boneyard is more accepting outside of a few envious fans like Whaler11 and Jimmy Serrano....

Elias Reynolds i think....OLB/SS....Pretty athletic looking and should be good soon....NYC kids are usually better than rated..
