early in the game there was still no score, we had a 4th down and 5 from PSU's 37. Instead of going for it or trying a long FG we punted. What kind of message did we send our team? We punted in the end zone and netted 17 yards. The first play for PSU after the punt was a big gain. We had no confidence in our players and set the tone to play not to lose instead of playing to win the game.
