As proof that I have too much money, I spent $9 on Lindy's Sports mag at a grocery store when I saw a picture of J. Grant on the cover. After finding RU page ranking us 91, I tried to find the connection to Grant. Mentioned Hamilton, Laviano (duh), and Michigan transfer Douglas. Grant-nothing. I know we don't have a gaggle of all-stars, but C,MON, MAN. With $9 better to buy a pack of smokes and give 'em to a homeless man outside the store.

Al, it's more than that: other than the top handful of name teams or flavors-of-the-month, their research is piss-poor.
Phil Steele's mag is by far the best. He picks us for last in the Big10 East, ugh, lol. He also picks us 89 overall in the nation lol. I guess until we win our 5th or 6th game this year, or any future year, we won't get much respect. Last year was a Trainwreck almost beyond belief.

When you list the best kick returners and Grant is not one of them I lose respect for these magazines.
Grant needs to be more consistent. There are a lot of really good athletes returning kicks all over the country.
Its a ploy the use to get magazines off the rack.....put local-regional stars on the cover then give gotzongool...in you're case...it worked !! I always "pre-internet'' loved those glossy's..they never seemed to love us though !?!
