PSU TAILGATE PARTY - JOHNSON PARK or RAC?

Should we tailgate in Johnson Park or the RAC? Here's our situation: Around 30-35 people, drinks and music on large speakers. Playing drinking games (flip cup/pong, nothing rowdy) and having general good-natured fun.

Will we be asked to tone it down at Johnson Park? Our other option would be to tailgate at the RAC - but will that be empty? Which of the game-day cash lots would you recommend for our group?

Regardless of where we tailgate we plan to get there early, like 9-10 AM

People tailgate yes

A lot of the visiting fans park there along with Rutgers fans it's the general parking lot

There is also general game day parking on Hoes Lane West. I cannot comment on the atmosphere as I have never parked there.
