I heard this was in the works for the near future and this was reported just now by Todd Hunt that NJ '16 WR target Kelvin Harmon received an in home visit from new RU STC Okruch yesterday.
I made an initial comment that barring something crazy I didn't see Harmon at Rutgers because the word was that he basically made a silent commitment to NC State but I've found that this is not the case at this time. My understanding is that a date hasn't been set yet for an official visit but it is likely as Harmon would like to see the new direction Rutgers is going offensively. With the new OC Mehringer in place now, he can begin the dialogue with remaining targets like Harmon and Donald Stewart.
Right now I think NC State is still in the drivers seat since he has established relationships with that staff and he was close to committing to the Wolfpack after taking an official visit in September. South Carolina is still around and one thing to watch there is what happens with his good friend and current Gamecock QB commit Brandon Mcilwain .McIlwain is a projected top 10 pick in the 2016 MLB draft so I'm sure that is something Harmon is thinking about
