Renting in NB

I'm just about to start a big apartment search, considering other towns as well as NB. I know of the following properties in downtown NB:

Riverwatch
Plaza Square
The Vue
The George
Skyline
One Spring (think it's mostly condos but you occasionally see rent listings.)

Am I missing any that fit this criteria? No interest in Colony, Landing Lane, Riverside Towers, etc... Does anyone have any comments about these? I have heard Riverwatch and Plaza Square have flood issues. To my knowledge none of these have free parking, you all have to contract out with some sort of garage. Is that correct? Not a problem for me, but just want to be clear.

I think ultimately I will pick somewhere else, especially with my commute and no Fresh Grocer, but I will legitimately give NB a fair shake and really do like the idea of living there.

My friend lives in plaza square. Im pretty sure he told me he pays $1300 for the smallest one bedroom they have.

That includes 1 outside parking spot, cable and internet, water and sewer, gym access, and access to private computer rooms meeting rooms and like a hall you can rent for parties.

I lived in Riverwatch. It is OK. Floor plans are not as open as some might like. (My kitchen was cut off from the rest of the place). Rent is a little less than some of the newer buildings. If there is flooding, you may have to evacuate.

I don't think any of these places have one-bedrooms for under $1,500 or so. Studios, maybe...
