Ron Harper Sr showing class

Krause was the mastermind behind a dynasty and some damn good trades !

Shameful that idiots who many were probably not even around during the Jordan Dynasty boo d his widow

I wonder if the Last Dance Series had an impact given Krause was not portrayed well in that documentary.

I vaguely remember a documentary that Krause wasn’t well-liked by some players. Might have been Jordan.

That is pathetic that they did boo a man who had died. He might not have been the most popular GM, but he did help construct a championship team.

I feel real bad for his wife and commend Ron Harper Sr. for trying to comfort her.

Best of Luck,
Groz

Yes , he wasn’t liked and I never understood why he was in such a hurry to break that team up. Literally he tried to break them up while they were still winning titles
But man that’s low booing him. Pathetic

C’mon, we all know philly fans are brutal. The guy behind me at the Phillies game where they introduced Pete Rose for the first time since he played literally bought a 24oz beer just to throw on the field at him.

To be fair, within an hour, Rose showed why that's a valid response. He's a terrible human being.

The group that I feel is not getting enough (any?) blame for this situation is whoever affiliated with the team that decided to induct Krause publicly and invite his wife to be there for the induction ceremony in a stadium full of people who hated her husband. What did they think was going to happen?

It's easy to say something like, "What monster would boo a dead guy with his family in the building?" but when I think about it, if I got an opportunity to boo James Dolan after he's dead, I'd take it. I don't care if his entire extended family was sitting next to me, either.

I'll start with San Francisco and Chicago where opposing fans are beaten or killed. I'll add that a Buffalo fan was shot in Miami a week ago. And there are plenty more.
Gotcha, I was taking about the city, bit just football. Re football though, point taken

Didn't a group of Flyers fans jump a Ranger fan semi recently and put a pretty bad beat down on him?.....found it. "An off-duty New Jersey cop and Iraq veteran wearing a Rangers jersey was savagely beaten by a pack of thuggish Philadelphia Flyers fans in the City of Brotherly Love Monday, his father said last night."

Rose is a truly wretched individual, but Philly fans have a well earned reputation of, on a whole, being a pretty classless bunch
