Two bad games following Michigan State. The Austin loss has hurt. I see a defense that plays well at times, then lets down and gets run off the field before getting back at it. Inconsistency is something that comes with having guys without a lot of experience out there.
Much of the damage is off the big plays where the young secondary just isn't making the play that a more experienced player would make.
So, despite 105 points in the last two games, you can see the makings of a defense with more consistency, getting a couple of guys back on the field and a little more experience for the db's.
