They might be a tourney team this year if they can keep it coming in the second half of the season. First time in years they are out of the early season Florida road gauntlet with a winning record.

Softball actually at 107...gotta be the highest ina very long time...15-14 without having played a single home game yet.
Good season for RU Spring sports. It'd be awesome to have men's lacrosse and baseball in the NCAA tourney this year and softball knocking on the door.
I think softball is a bit away, was hoping for women's lax to take another step in the right direction BUT damn difficult schedule, however don't forget we'll be going for a national title in Men's Hammer Throw this spring!
Only Indiana is currently in the top 25 at #11. We lost a very tough game to them (7-6) after not holding a late lead. We more than held our own against Miami and Florida Gulf. If we can avoid the WTF games like Iona, we may well find ourselves playing in the post season. BIG doesn't look all that daunting right now.
We’re sitting at 11-7, which is very impressive. I haven’t watched the team play, but I’ve had a chance to look at the roster and who’s done what so far. Overall, our line up has been scoring a lot. There’s a good mix of young guys and upper classmen. Love when I see freshmen contribute. Our starting pitchers have gotten the job done. O’Reilly has had some slow starts but Hs finished games strong, giving our hitters a chance to come back and score runs. I think the kid Rutkowski has the highest ceiling. He’s had some strong starts and shut down FGCU. Heatter could be as high has 4-0, but we’ve lost some of his leads. It happens. However, the kid Brito has been closing out games the last week or two so it looks like our coaches have made an adjustment with the pen. I don’t know how much starting pitching depth we’ve had, but our mid week’s games verse FIU and Iona indicate we don’t have much. I expect a few wtf losses midweek. It should not be a big deal. Let’s just win some B1G games and score a ton of run. I think we can really build for the future with this roster. If you’ve never been to a game before, go!! It’s free and it’s fun. What more could you ask for on a Saturday afternoon
