RU fanbase growing up?

The fan base is not growing up.

RU did real well - one of best sized Army visiting crowds I've seen in years. Most visitng little kids I ever saw.They filled the visiting sections (south end zone and southeast corner section). Unfortunately it was the Army fans who were missing today

A lot of fans moved from the south end zone (shade) to the north end zone (sun) at half time.
It was a good RU crowd today and it's a good place to see a game.

I was a windy day and pretty chilly in the shade. I moved around a lot. I think I caught attention of a few spotters (being a compulsive railing hugger/peeker). I never saw so many rifles and spotters as I saw today. I walked through Thayer gate and there were guys with rifles right on the rocks by Hotel Thayer. I haven't seen that before.
And this original post shows the maturity of a three year old. Congratulations.
You guys missed Flood clapping and jumping around like a moron after his signature win.
We have a lot of great fans and then we have those who bitch too much. They are diehards too but they don't know when to STFU. I'm happy for the kids and the staff. It has been a brutal year on and off the field.
As always I root for RU to win every game they play. I hope for better days ahead.

Some people feel if they ease up the Administration will perceive it as everything is acceptable and continue with business as usual. (Keep Flood) Some fans know how Rutgers works, "Squeaky wheel gets the grease" That's the result of the leadership. Not the fans.
Why is it that some of those same people feel that this board has absolutely Zero effect on recruiting when they bash a recruit (or potential recruit)......but at the same time feel that this board has some type of impact on the RU Administration in making coaching decisions? My head is spinning.
Good turnout may have to do with the fact that west point is one of the best campuses to visit on a fall weekend. It's beautiful up there.
The admin reads the board. Recruits may, but EVERY FANBASE QUESTIONS RECRUITING.
On the other hand, even schools like Illinois and Maryland don't need to hem and haw and use GoFundMes and boo like maniacs because their admins value winning.
The RU admin has shown it only fires coaches once RU's name has been smeared by the media, not just when coaches suck.

Sorry, but the posts here, the gofundme campaign, and people blasting tweets in Twitter all received media coverage. And I'm sure people at RU noticed.

That was my point, we needed to do those things or the admin would think everything was hunky dory.
Miami fired Golden IMO for getting destroyed by Clemson. Statistically I believe it was the worst loss in their history.
