The line suggests a score of 31-17. This actually is believable, whereas us getting 18 vs. PSU was laughable.

They should let us pick sides as in kick ball so the game is close , this way the stands stay generally full , winning the game gets you The Bucket of Tears which is actually a 5 gallon bucket full of tears of faithful fans of Thanksgiving past plus a breakfast at Denny’s .

^Our administration needs to see this post so they can see the psychological damage inflicted on our fan base. I mean, we are people too, right?

Have to like these Overs considering we hand teams multiple scores off of turnovers each game.

Will Taulia play? He appeared to be injured on the final play of the tOSU game and was helped off the field. If he DOESN'T play (and, I'll admit, I'm not necessarily up on my Maryland 2nd-string QBs), I imagine that we'd have a much better shot. If he does play, well .. then I'd say that MD still wins and probably by a little more than 18. Maybe 21 or 25 points.

It's not that our defense isn't ready to play but, if our offense can't get a 1st down and our defense has to be out on the field for most of the game, then they'll fall apart - just as they had during the second halves of the last couple of games.

He has been practicing, and it's highly likely that he will play.

I was surprised that former walk-on Eric Najarian, who played against Rutgers during the Covid season, filled in for Taulia on the last plays of the Ohio State game. Maybe it was because he's considered a better pure passer than Billy Edwards, which was what they needed at the moment. Or maybe, if Taulia doesn't play, we get Najarian. I'm not an insider and have no idea...

Edited to add: was just told that Billy Edwards is injured. Sorry, I know you guys probably don't care enough to read all these words...

Umm.. you have seen us against backup QBs, right? They are more dangerous than starters to Rutgers.

This just reminds me of how much money I could have won if I had just joined my buds and bet against Rutgers and given the points on a number of occasions this season. But I can't do that. Any more than I could sell my tickets to a fan of the visiting team.
But..hey...that's just me.

Idk. The season has beaten our minds into submission. Maryland scored 0 against PSU. And I think our receivers will get open more often in this game for Gavin to have better targets.

Easiest money of the day- parlayed Maryland laying the points and the under. I also took Michigan and the points but also parlayed that to the under. Bad move.
