For as fundamentally sound as we are on defense our offense is totally lacking in fundamentals:

1) No one ever comes to a jump stop. Guys are always leaving their feet without a plan.
2) We don't set very good screens, and what's more we don't use them well.
3) Our post players haven't developed any post moves and outside of Doucoure never face up.
4) Too many of our guys have no idea what a good shot is for them.
5) Our big men way too often don't look to give it up to the guards.
6) We never set a screen freeing someone vs. pressure.
7) Our man offense is incredibly predictable and is mostly an endless series of pick and rolls.
8) Way too much dribbling.

With the little offensive talent we have we need to be more structured at that end of the floor. Too much freelance.

You forgot our recent trend of dribbling into double teams and not having a clue on inbounding the ball off the baseline. Otherwise very comprehensive.

We have too many basketball players that aren't college players. You don't learn the game at this level, you fine tune it unless you've hardly played before.
We play like we're learning and not just from a coach's perspective. It's like we have very little BB IQ.
