RU-PSU tickets

I'm not sure if I have lost my senses or what, but I cannot seem to find where to buy this game's tickets on the RU website. Also, any suggestions on third party websites that might sell tickets and tips/advice in general on what section to choose and what not

I think the visiting fan section is upper deck of north endzone.
