Question for the mods? It appears that the RU staff is starting to offer more projects than proven players since their camps. Would you guys consider these players 2nd tier or plan "B". If that is indeed the case, my concern is as in past years, RU recruiting starts out strong only to finish meekly. A sign that the tide in recruiting for RU is taking a turn for the better will be when they finish the recruiting season as strong or stronger than they started. I truly hope that is the case this year, but some of the latest offers leads me to wonder.
