Tim doesn't seem to be able to make adjustments. I'd throw it to Sakima on the foul line so she can look over the defense and pass it down to Tyia, Osh, or Chyna on the block or kick it to an open perimeter shot.
They play with the ball so far away from the basket with no real purpose.

We have beaten ourselves in at least half of the games we've lost and are doing it again.
I still can't believe Tim is still playing the whole roster. Everyone except Sanderlin today. Not a winning formula. Seems like Lasha's been out of the game for ages.

Might be a good thing in disguise because her energy tonight hasn't been very good. A bit sloppy with the ball tonight. Shoot not going. Not the greatest defense.

This NW team is so soft in the middle but we've decided to go small for most of the game. Sakima seemed out of sorts in her short playing time but he has to let her play to get settled down. Like he is doing with Liz right now.

Tim Eatman should not be the acting head coach, please make a change. Every game is difficult to watch because of his coaching decisions or player rotations. Makes no sense for the team record to be 7-12 with the talent on the roster.
Another game we beat ourselves. This NW team is not very strong, some good players but again we were badly outcoached due to Tim's use of his players.
You can't sit people for games at a time or starters for quarters at a time and throw them back in with a few minutes left and expect them to play with sharpness.

My wife was commenting that in many games it almost seems as if teams (not only Rutgers) who get down a lot use up all their energy climbing back into the game and can't quite get over the hump.
I don't know if that is what happened, but getting down and coming back seems to be a pattern with this Rutgers team.
Start the coaching search, Mr Hobbs . Hopefully you are quietly pursuing some strong candidates. It’s not personal, it’s business.
The pattern is due, in large part, to the inexplicable substitutions, both in terms of timing and personnel selection.
I could tell you 100% he has started the search already and will act very swiftly when the season ends or we will not have a team next year
Who would Rutgers followers prefer as their new head coach in WBB 2023 ? Up and coming , young and energetic or a more established head coach from a mid major type program ? Either or…unless a miracle happens very soon ,we are going to find it especially difficult to recover. We don’t see any real plan or hopes the rest of the 2022 season .

I agree 100% about the young part we need someone like you say and like I said above there is no doubt Hobbs is working on this behind the scenes already; He just can't make any move til the season is over unfortunately you can't fire an interim coach and hire another one; Feel bad for the girls who are playing there hearts out but have no guidance and piss poor coaching
