T. Billet, Chandler, Rosario, D. Jones, Flores. Echenique, Biruta....the list seems endless and I've missed several.

I'm asking, not hypothesizing, why do we have such a high transfer rate? If we could hang onto talent / develop it ....

I understand that at times we've had prima donnas, but so have other schools (e.g. Iverson) / they've been infinitely more successful than our program.

I'm hoping ....we can land some talent for next year and still waiting for confirmation of the first commit for this year? Did it happen or not?

Is Parker still in play? Is Corey happy ....? We need to make sure he stays, he's happy and he develops. By doing this we might overcome the reality of a humongous losing streak and no wins in the B1G...without it, time to concentrate on WBB, Soccer, or Chess club (if we have one).

600 D-1 transfers in Hoops last year----not a dynamic limited to RU.

These kids transfer at the HS level wth the same ease.

In NJ we could stop it easily-----if you transfer schools you sit a year.

IMHO its the leeches, handlers, AAU coaches and "posses" that whisper in the ears of the players and tell them they are the greatest things ever and that they are too good for RU

What D-1 kid in he world of today didn't play AAU ball ?

They all do and they all don't transfer ?

But these kids go to multiple HS's in many cases so the environment of transferring has already been created is my point

Players transfer because of lack of playing time, wanting to play for a winner/NCAA Bid,academics and playing closer to home,At Rutgers playing time is the reason for complementary players leaving and playing for a NCAA team is the reason higher rated players transfer.
