Googled him. His high school (Poway, CA) won the California state team title this year (there’s only a single division), and Townson placed 5th at the state tournament at 126 (was seeded 3rd). Lost by decision 2-1 in semifinal match.

Poway seems to be a power in California (#1) and nationally ranked by Intermat too. So a good high school to “get in” for recruiting.
