I like Power Forwards who have more rebounds than points ...but still have lots of points.
New big man offer. Actually watched a bit of him while mainly watching for Kante on the NY Rens. Pretty good player, 6’9, good frame, not dramatically athletic but far from unathletic. Has pretty good skill, enough to play PF with Kante. Possibly can shoot but didn’t shoot it great this summer.
Take it with a grain of salt, but comparisons to Oscar Tshiebwe here. Article also calls out a 7’8” wingspan. And a quick Twitter search of his name seems to reveal a lot of buzz for his defense / rebounding. Combine that with a powerful frame and sounds like this kid could be a force
3 years ago? Safe to say he's developed quite a log since then. The video was posted only a year ago
Well apparently the video is years old which would make sense as to why he looks so raw there. The athletic ability is there for sure and crazy length. Could be an elite rebounder shot blocker at least even if his offensive game doesn't come around
Mods said Bodo is waiting likely counting on his recruiting to blow up after a big season so it is kind of irrelevant who is higher. I'd take either in a heartbeat. Chinyelu is deciding soon and tip dog right now. If he goes elsewhere, Bodo will still be available but we aren't going to wait around for him
If the video is 3 years old then you would expect Bodo's recent highlights to look better

But based on what I read here and there, the mods prefer Chinyelu
It might be pretty even talent wise, it might be comparing an old video of one versus a recent video of the other, thus not a valid comparison

Oh baby! The reason I said I think I preferred Bodo was based off of how raw he looked in a clip I didn't know was 3 years old so I thought he would be more of a project vs Bodo's more refined game. It looked like Bodo was more ready to make an immediate impact and we were going to need that with Cliff gone.

3 years later he and he has filled out physically and has already developed some offensive ability. Nice touch. Fluid spin move. And that freaking 7'8 wingspan is unreal! The blocks rebounds and dunks are going to be non stop. Kid looks like he is a hard worker too to go along with his physical gifts
This dude is a monster! If he commits I'm going to go nuts. Ceiling is soooo high. Hopefully seeing what Rutgers did developing Cliff and the minutes that will open up when he's gone is enough to sway him.
Give me Chinyelu over Bodo and Dembele. This dude is the real deal. If he comes here and continues to develop, he's NBA bound.

I wasn't saying he reminded me of Issa as a player. I meant that when we landed issa the only available video we had of him was the video I posted above of him playing blacktop basketball in some african country.
