1. Michigan 109,971
2. Penn State 108,409
3. Ohio State 103,792
4. Nebraska 86,802
5. Wisconsin 75,391
6. Michigan State 70,211
7. Iowa 69,250
8. Purdue 58,248
9. Illinois 49,698
10. Rutgers 49,251
11. Minnesota 48,453
12. Indiana 44,589
13. Maryland 40,314
14. Northwestern 20,800

Rutgers had the 3rd-highest attendance drop from 2022 behind Northwestern and Indiana. Again, these numbers are announced by the schools, not official turnstile counts which are usually audited by local newspapers via FOIA. Last year, one such audit found that Rutgers inflated its numbers by over 17,000 against Iowa and more than 20,000 vs. Nebraska.

While I am sure this is just another troll...most likly tons of other ID's

Michigan 109,971 - They somehow sold over capacity
2. Penn State 108,409 - See above
3. Ohio State 103,792 - See above
4. Nebraska 86,802 - see above
5. Wisconsin 75,391 - (-5000)
6. Michigan State 70,211 (-5000)
7. Iowa 69,250 (exactly sold perfect to the seat)
8. Purdue 58,248 (-3000)
9. Illinois 49,698( -11000)
10. Rutgers 49,251 (-3000)
11. Minnesota 48,453 (-2000)
12. Indiana 44,589 (-8000)
13. Maryland 40,314 (-14000)
14. Northwestern 20,800 ( -26000)

It seems that outside of the stadiums that had people sitting on laps- and the other that sold every single seat perfectly - by these numbers- intended to make us look bad- shows that Purdue, Rutgers and Minnesota - were the next best.

Also shows- everyone makes up their numbers

People say it was inflated because the number of people actually in the stadium differed from the tickets sold. Most of, if not all schools, report tickets sold as the official count. Those tickets are accounted for before the game is played. Clearly you are Syracuse fan who is here to stir the pot.

And this is what these dopes don't get - it just makes them look stupid - they drew 34046 per game which is a negative 15k per game - only Northwestern was worse than them in the B1G...But at least the NWU grads can say they were busy studying...lol

well even if every game was a legit sellout, the best RU could have done was 9th. Look at it that way.
Useless exercise if the capacity of the stadiums is not illustrated and % of available seats sold not detailed.

for comparison purposes Syracuse averaged 34,045 at home for 2023 which would have placed them next to last in the Big Ten. But as we know, they were never offered to be a member of this prestigious conference.

No, he's the same troll back again under a different name. He loves to grind his axe about attendance; he's the one who was claiming there were only 15K people there for the Wagner game.
DJ Spanky- can’t trolls be banned by their IP address?

Shouldn't you and your buddies be starting your walk from "Miami" by now? You know...so that you can watch The Pinstripe Bowl from a bar in Midtown Manhattan?

I truly question whether it's ever been to a home game, which is ironic given it's penchant for trashing attendance.

I hope no one is suggesting Rutgers is ready for a stadium expansion. If the truth be told, seating hasn't held back attendance, I think we'd all agree on that. Hopefully that day will come and the complaints will be we should have done the expansion sooner.

Just checked the site rules and it doesn’t say anything about giving opinions about attendance that you don’t like. There are rules, however, about targeting and harassing posters while using profanity so it looks like @Richard Schnyderite needs to ban you and your boyfriend @AreYouNUTS. Bye bye!
What’s up there you freaking psychopath?!! how’s that walk from Miami to Midtown Manhattan going?

funny but he's not wrong on the rules lolololololol

the realisty is that Yesrutgers01 is right so it should've ended there yet you guys just feed into it. It's like Al, nuts and a few others who can't control themselves like 5yrs olds ( I can't even see them as they're blocked but can only imagine given what you quoted). Is the troll or those played by the troll
the real loser here? Think we have that answer

spanky, I applaud you and Rich for your patience and not succumbing to the infantile calls for banning.
