Last year, one such audit found that Rutgers inflated its numbers by over 17,000 against Iowa and more than 20,000 vs. Nebraska.

People say it was inflated because the number of people actually in the stadium differed from the tickets sold. Most of, if not all schools, report tickets sold as the official count. Those tickets are accounted for before the game is played. Clearly you are Syracuse fan who is here to stir the pot.

for comparison purposes Syracuse averaged 34,045 at home for 2023 which would have placed them next to last in the Big Ten. But as we know, they were never offered to be a member of this prestigious conference.

We are at 94% of capacity, which is great! Illinois, Indiana, Maryland and Northwestern--oof.
