Rutgers is back on the Associated Press Top 25 poll radar.

The Scarlet Knights are not ranked (yet), but they did receive eight points in the Week 11 poll released on Monday. It is the first time Rutgers received votes in the AP Top 25 since weeks 3 and 4 of the 2016-17 season following a 6-0 start to head coach Steve Pikiell’s tenure.

Coaches poll is interesting because Iowa is in and yet Illinois lags at 31

and we are probably 23-25 but it will also depend on what other teams ahead of us do. the Rutgers name does not get the respect other schools get so AP voters may not give us votes because we are Rutgers.

I disagree. I think RU will get a lot of sympathy votes if they win out this week. Will help them get ranked for first time in decades
