True freshman RHP Wyatt Parliament will make his third appearances and second start of the season. Parliament's only other start was against Saint Joseph's last Tuesday. In two appearances, Parliament has a 0-0 record with a perfect 0.00 ERA, 1.50 WHIP, with six strikeouts and a .067 opponent batting average in 4.2 innings pitched. Rutgers home opener is against Wagner at 2pm EST.
