Rutgers deserves better than this.

You guys deserve better than this, meaning Flood and the crap he pulled and Herman and the constant public embarrassing things she has said. I'm on this board a lot and support RU, but damn guys I hope you start fresh in your entire Athletic Department.

I know people will say, "who can we get that is better?" It's called beaten wife syndrome, believe me, Nebraska had it with Bo Pelini. Once you have change, it's a breath of fresh air 95% of the time.

I don't know if Mike Riley is the answer at Nebraska, but right now, he's embracing traditions and doing a lot more than the haters thought he would from development to recruiting and making football fun again. Someone can do the same thing at RU.

Change isn't always a bad thing. I hope you guys get out from the "treading water stage," and get a new coach and AD. I hope you guys don't look at this as me trashing Rutgers, I want you guys to do better and make the B1G better. Flood was never the answer and never will be, just like Pelini wasn't for us. Good luck this week, support your players and beat PSU!

Unfortunately we seem to attract these types of situations. A new coach? KF was suppose to be above reproach. The next coach might end up burning down the campus.

Unfortunately it seems like the only people that realize Flood is no good are non RU fans.

Of course, ever since the arrests and bad loss to WSU more and more people are waking up.

I wish man! What is Floods buyout?
It's not a buy out issue. With all the crap going on they can fire him and not pay the buyout. It's the fact that he gets paid $1M and every other school is paying 3-4$M. Who can we get for $1M a year?

Battered wife syndrome, you got that right. Big Ten member, fertile recruiting ground, potential for huge bandwagon of support with a little success. It's not the Indiana job, someone much better and more qualified than Flood will be our next HC.

I can't believe people won't donate, that is just asinine. If Mississippi State can pay Dan Mullen 4.2 million, you guys should be able to pay someone between 2-3 million.

Thanks for the kind words but this is the nature of Rutgers. Half-assed, poorly funded, and unsupported by the folks who should support them.

The only hope for change is the B1G money and an administration that really supports football. But, being Rutgers, that won't happen. We'll get the money and de-emphasize football, then after we've destroyed our B1G good will we'll refocus on FB after we've left the conference.

You're 100% right. The fans deserve better. But the administration is inept.

If by some miracle we could get rid of Hermann, they would make another, dumber, hire. Life is too short to invest hope into Rutgers athletics. The longer we're in the Big Ten, the more the rest of the conference will realize this.
