Question, does Rutgers Football really land these guys now or do they just find the NIL the think they deserve?
So it's mostly the money, not as much the school?I think they will land most, but not all. Watch any of them upgraded to 4* and get offered a much sweeter NIL package.

If you are a defensive back and want to make it the NFL, Rutgers and Greg have their track record to sell. The same could be said for running back with 3 currently in the NFL, and you could include Brian Leonard and Michael Burton (although they were/are fullbacks). With the crop of linebackers ready to go to the NFL, we can add that too. What Greg can sell to 3 stars is you will get development here and not get lost on the depth chart like you would at a blue blood full of 4 and 5 stars. So it's mostly the money, not as much the school?

That all depends. Fran is a good salesman. He sells something. So if SYR offers them $100K they're still signing for the Greg experience?
