Rutgers needs to get a young Hungry coach that's going change things around. I loved Schiano when he was here and did a lot for our program but we need to get away from the whole schiano era. coach Schiano to me will not change nothing he will still run the pro set and we saw what he did while he was here he didn't win the big games and flood coached just like him. We need a coach that not going coach like schiano and Flood did it is time to bring in a coach that has no connections to him Maryland did a good job with D.J. Durkin . It is 2015 about to be 2016 some off these coaches the game has pass them and it is time to try some thing new and need a good recruiter also that kids can want to play for who are some coaches that people would want at Rutgers this is just my opinion .
