Rutgers offers son of former Giant Jeff Feagles. Son also a punter

According to the article, Zach Feagles is a 5-star punter with a 41 yds per punt average. Yet Rutgers is his first Power 5 offer.

We might find out a little more about Coach Ash and 2 sport athletes. All of Jeff's sons have been talented lacrosse players as well as football players. I wonder if Zach may try to play both in college.

His oldest brother CJ, punted for UNC, not sure if he ever started after a good rating at Ridgewood HS. , another brother Blake was a holder at UConn and I think also played LAX. Dad went to Miami. Next brother Trevor punted at Ridgewood as well, not sure about college.

I read the article and the rating doesn't make sense. The article says he is the 7 th ranked punter and 5 star. What system is this going on? I am not sure I have ever seen a punter with a 5 star rating and if he is the 7th ranked punter that mean his class has at least seven 5 star punters?

There are other entities that rate only kickers (see link in the article). so this isn't necessarily rivals or some other recruiting source we are used to seeing.
