To the people who refuse to wear black at the blackout ... There is the proof that our official colors are Red, Grey, and Black.

Thanks for correcting me Tango. To my eyes Pantone 186 looks like Cardinal red, nor scarlet which looks brighter.
you can also use Pantone 185 per the RU site when I had my flag made. Looks like they updated it. 185 is brighter.
