LOL, some things never change. Many years ago as an undergrad I got 3 $25 parking tickets on the same day... No sh*t! I didn't have the $75 so I ignored them and eventually had RU parking tickets amounting to over $300. At the end of the year I went to the parking office with my sob story and they actually reduced my total to $5 per ticket (I paid about $75). My records hold was then lifted. Somehow I don't think that would happen today.

I was de-registered one semester because somebody with the same exact name had a very high amount of unpaid tickets. The "RU Screw" solution to the issue was that I should change MY name so it wouldn't happen again. LOL
