Rutgers Sweeps Big Ten Weekly Women's Basketball Awards

Well so much for being under the radar. Last night while watching the scrimmage my mind wandered. Was watching Diamond closely. I decided she reminds me of a combination of Tasha, Matee, and dare I say a young/shorter version of Cappie. The kid has NO fear, can't wait until we get back to B1G play.

I also compare Diamond to EpiphannyPrince.

She has the height/build/fearlessness/rebounding of Tasha; the scoring polish of Cappie; the quickness of Matee; and the overall danger of Piph. And the 3-pt shot of Brittany Ray.

I hope she doesn't see this thread, a little pressure? Just think, she may even not know who some of them are as she may not have even been born yet.

While I suspect she knows who they are because she is at Rutgers, I agree that she actually probably never saw any of them play at Rutgers, except as a little kid. She was 5 when RU was in the 2007 Final Four. Her favorite Rutgers player (past or present) is apparently Kia Vaughn according to her profile.

I feel incredibly old. FWIW this marks 26 years that we have been following Women's Basketball. Our first live game was January, 1995, Rutgers vs. George Washington.
