Hey guys,

Just decided to go to the Rutgers at Michigan game this year. Haven't bought the game tickets yet so curious which section is the Rutgers section. Also how high/what row is still considered great seats.

Any suggestions for tailgating the day of ? Any Rutgers sponsored events? Anything that is a must see on game day around the stadium?

Also suggestions on what to do in/around Ann Arbor.

Thanks guys .. looking forward to possibly the sweetest away conference game win in our history.

Bought tickets in the family section last year right on the 50Y line and will never sit anywhere else when visiting AA.

We are attending as well. My son is a grad student there and he recommends the local brewery pubs.

Yeah, I don't know how many of you are beer snobs or what type of distribution you have in NJ, but I would suggest loading up on local crafts. MI is probably one of the top three beer states in the country.

This will give you an idea.

Any parking or shuttle advice???

Why not buy through Rutgers and help the team?

I called RU and their tickets are $65 and basically were given the worst seats. I am seeing tickets for $60 and under right at the 50 yard line at any row I want. So I love to help out RU any chance I can and still might, but in the case of making a whole trip out of it, I want good seats. I don't mind paying a little more to help RU but they're in the top row in the corner/back of the end zone.

Thats the way to support the team!

Asking again about any parking or shuttle info. Staying at Marriott at Eagle Crest.

Wait a minute,"Rutgers" and "Big House" in the title and no prison jokes? Is it just low lying fruit or have we become glum?

Parking at Michigan is cheap and easy if you are willing to walk a little. The prime tailgate area is the golf course IMO. We went with kids last time and parked a little ways away and had a decent walk. Then again, we were out of there in no time after the game because of the congestion close to the stadium.

Where are you seeing seats at the 50 yard line any row you want for that price?? I bought tickets a month ago and nothing remotely close to that was available. Where are you seeing this? Thanks.

I would like to buy through Rutgers, but I might have as few as four or as many as eight people attending the game with us. Stubhub looks like the best option for me.

Tango are you spending your money to go to this game? What about a closer game, PSU? Army? did you buy through Rutgers if so?
