Rutgers Volleyball Adds Israel National Team Player

"Tali is an elite athlete with proven experience at the highest levels of international volleyball," Werneke said. "Her skillset speaks for itself, and it's extremely valuable to add someone of this caliber to our roster. We're excited to get her working in our system and acclimated to the NCAA and Big Ten competition."

Marmen began practice with the team this week, and is awaiting a waiver from the NCAA to officially join the Scarlet Knights in competition.

Why can't our men's soccer team find some of these elite international athletes? Two programs heading in totally different directions. $$$$

Do any of you know why the volleyball team is not mentioned with the new practice facility. I don't know how they will ever move up playing and practicing at the College Ave Gym. How in the world would you recruit a kid who sees that after or before Nebraska,Florida,UCLA,etc.

I thought it was originally mentioned as being in the facility, but later it was removed.
