The party is ON my friend (see attachment)! Just talked to the GM at CC and they actually had a really nice crowd for the game this past Saturday. Best one for a home game, he said, other than PSU and Michigan last year. Great stuff!
Anyway, guys and gals, there will be NO table reservations taken, since it's a Saturday night game, so my suggestion (and theirs) is as follows:
IF YOU WANT A TABLE, GET THERE EARLY - LIKE 5:30/6:00 AT THE LATEST - and have the majority of your party with you!
We bring you, along with the attached specials, the following:
- FULL GAME SOUND THROUGHOUT THE BAR/RESTAURANT
- tons of RU-themed giveaways
- DJ Jonathan Donath (RU alumnus playing all your RU favorites and then some!)
- the best game day environment North of Piscataway/New Brunswick!
- 110" projection screen TV

This is interesting for this game, since the official RU watch party is next door to the official PSU watch party at Texas Arizona.
Yes it is, and the same people own/manage both bars - some friends of mine - which makes it for even that much more fun because they're pretty much split down the middle as to which team they root for during head-to-head battles. They honestly do a fantastic job with both groups ([sick]).
You're back, too??!! Actually I'm not going to any road games again this season. Starting 2 new businesses, over the next couple of months, and simply can't afford to do anything right now other than attend home games.
Maybe time to drop the "state penn" stuff

- pretty sure I stopped the "State Penn" stuff, a while ago, but if you see it somewhere let me know as I probably typed it by habit...
- last year both bars were mobbed, before, during, an after the games - with lines around the corner(s) - and there wasn't a single incident known to management (or so I was told).

There are watch parties in Orlando and Tampa........but I prefer the flatscreen on my houseboat off Key West......I may have an RU alum I met at Duffys,my local tavern...

I mean what are they going to do? My guess is that CC WILL be packed earlier than Texas, and that management will be keeping an eye on things, but that:
- people aren't stupid, so
- you might get a PSU fan sitting with a table of RU fans, and vice-versa, but
- I highly doubt a table for of Nitters are going to walk into CC, at 7:30, and get seated. There's just not going to be space and, bottom line, everyone would know that's just looking for problems.
That being said I'm already working on an "overflow" bar idea with specials, at the very least, for Saturday night. Sit tight! [thumb2][thumb2]

lol, no, you're not missing anything...it's done purposely...the smaller pitchers are a promotion from the distributor, with "Block R's" on them, that's all. Believe it or not some people still order the large pitchers (I assume they're already half in the bag...).
