This is bad news. I worked in athletic departments and have buddies who still do. There will absolutely be a staff member from Washington in attendance. Could lose that added advantage of mystery to the offense.
They won't show them much, will be very vanilla.
Another reason I don't like this open practice. Practice time should not be altered to suit the fans. Practice is too valuable to waste even one on a fan access...They won't show them much, will be very vanilla.

You guys make me laugh .... Teams sending spies to a Rutgers Practices because they need an upper hand.
FWIW , the Washington Huskies are having an Open Practice the same as Rutgers..Aug 13th
So I guess Ash will be sending Coaches out to to Seatlle for a peak. LMAO
Do you think there will be ANY Washington fans who live locally who will attend Rutgers open practice?Funny in the sense that many fans seem paranoid about opposing Coaches "spying " on Rutgers.
Believe they have more to worry about than RU.
And again a member of the Husky staff is not flying 3000 miles to watch us running vanilla drills during our 5th practice .
Do you think Ash is sending a Coach 3000 miles to watch the Husky open practice on the same date ?

Do you think any reporters might share stories with Washington papers that are read by UW staff.

This is football. Not the workings of the Manhattan Project. The positive vibe sent out in the community far outweighs anything some Washington flunky will get flying 3,000 miles to observe. This is bad news. 1. Did a QB separate from the pack? All three phases have a way to go to be game ready.
1. Did a QB separate from the pack?
2. How did Oden look?
3. Saw Gio threw 71 TD to Harris. Was it more Harris or Gio?
4. Anyone else stand out?
Allen and Gio looked good.
Oden looked like a true freshman
Gio nice pass and nice catch too
Some nice hits by the DBs
From Sargeant's report, it seems that Rettig may have had the worst day. They said Laviano threw a nice pass in a tight window. That pass by Gio was to Harris.
Did Grant play?
